Limitless Learning – Refund and Returns Policy
We at Limitless Learning understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a hassle-free refund and return policy for our handcrafted learning materials.
What can be returned?
- Unopened and unused physical products (notebooks, planners, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Digital products (printable downloads) are generally not refundable due to their intangible nature. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis if you encounter technical difficulties with the download process.
What can’t be returned?
- Opened or used physical products cannot be returned.
- Digital products that have been successfully downloaded cannot be returned.
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect cannot be returned.
How to return an item:
- Contact our customer service team at info@limitlesslearning.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please mention your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label (for physical products only) and instructions on where to send the returned item.
- Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return shipping costs:
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges for our products. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
